Our History

GF Trail & Fitness opened in the fall of 2012, while Nashville was in the midst of building greenways and bike lanes across the city. The nearest mountain bike trails are right around the corner in Percy Warner Park.

Our shop is staffed by friendly, experienced riders that can help anyone get the most joy out of their ride experience.  New riders can lean on our expertise to get the absolute perfect bike and gear to best meet needs and achieve riding goals.  Mountain, fitness/hybrid, and kids’ bikes — we are here to help.

We carry Specialized and Pivot bicycles as well as gear from Specialized, Kali, eyewear from Tifosi, and socks from local favorite Swiftwick.
